At Best Online Seller, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable shopping experience for all our customers across Bangladesh. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.

Product Inspection on Delivery

We strongly encourage every customer to inspect the product at the time of delivery.

✔ Check for defects
✔ Check for damage
✔ Check if the product matches the description/order

If you find any defect, damage, or mismatch, please return the item immediately to the delivery person.
Once the delivery is accepted, we may not be able to process a return for reasons such as “change of mind.”

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may be eligible for a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged at delivery

  • The product is defective or not working

  • You receive the wrong product

To qualify, the product must be reported at the time of delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product was accepted without reporting any issue during delivery

  • Product shows signs of usage after delivery

  • Damage caused by the customer after receiving the product

  • “Change of mind” after accepting the item

  • Books, digital items, software, personal hygiene products, or discount/clearance items (if applicable)

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • You returned the product on the spot due to damage, defect, or mismatch

  • The item is out of stock and cannot be replaced

Refund Method:

  • bKash / Nagad / Bank transfer

  • Refund is processed within 3–7 working days

Replacement Policy

If the returned item qualifies for replacement, we will:

  • Send a new product after receiving your returned item

  • Inform you if the product is unavailable and issue a refund instead

Replacements typically take 3–7 working days, depending on stock and delivery location.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Payment must be made only after inspecting the product

  • If there is a problem, return it immediately to the delivery staff

  • No return will be accepted after taking delivery and payment
