2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh.
You only pay after receiving the product.
3. Should I check the product before paying?
Yes. You must inspect the product in front of the delivery person.
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please return it immediately.
4. How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location:
Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
Outside Dhaka: 2–7 working days
5. Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges may apply depending on product size and delivery area.
Any applicable shipping fee will be shown at checkout.
Sometimes we offer free shipping on selected items or promotions.
6. What if I am not available during delivery?
If you miss the delivery attempt, our courier partner will contact you.
If the delivery fails multiple times, your order may be canceled.
